– Pastor of Worship and Arts: Adam is responsible for all aspects of worship and arts including the Sunday services, special events, and cultivating artists within a Christian framework. |

– Pastor of Missions and Mercy Ministry: Bill oversees the Vision Team, including all facets missions giving and trips, as well as the benevolence process which assists people in the local community with financially-related needs. Bill also regularly preaches during our Sunday gatherings. |

* – Pastor of Administration: Doug ensures that the operations of the church are as effective and efficient as possible. He oversees the facility, budgeting process, computer network, and the processes necessary for the operation of the church office. |

– Lead Pastor: Jeff is responsible for preaching/teaching in our corporate worship gatherings with the intended purpose of connecting people with Jesus Christ and motivating them in their personal walk with Him. Jeff also is the primary visionary for our church and works with the Executive Pastor to determine direction and next steps. |

– Pastor of Spiritual Formation: Jim's primary responsibility is to lead in the development, ongoing refinement and execution of our philosophy of spiritual formation. Jim oversees several different areas, including our House Church network, Family Ministry, Training and Equipping, and Connecting/Recovery ministries. |

* – Director of Kingdom Living Training School: Larry provides leadership and oversight for the Kingdom Living Training School, an immersion style opportunity for discipleship and living into the kingdom of God. His responsibilities include developing the curriculum and experiential learning aspects of the school, teaching, and arranging guest speakers for the school. |

– Director of Communication and Events: Marissa coordinates and oversees the church's communication, and provides planning and logistical support for most events that take place in the church building. Marissa also provides administrative support for the staff. |

* – Director of Children's Ministry: Martina oversees the teachers and ministry of our children on Sundays. Martina plays a vital role in strategically implementing children's ministry into the house church gatherings. Martina also provides administrative support for the staff. |

– Executive Pastor/Westside Site Pastor: As Executive pastor, Nate is responsible for the implementation of the vision of Common Ground. He is responsible for strategic leadership as well as cohesion, oversight, coaching and care for the staff team. As Westside Site Pastor, Nate oversees logistics and ministry connected with Common Ground on the west side of Indianapolis. |

* – Media Coordinator: Scott oversees all areas of audio and video tech for services, events and weddings for all GCGG sites, including operation, overseeing volunteers and organizing volunteer schedules. |

* – Bookkeeper: Stef processes the weekly offerings, oversees the payroll processes, and ensures that all invoices and bills are paid in a timely manner. Stef also participates in the annual budgeting process and administers the health insurance for the staff. |

* – Technology and Operations: Steve helps guide the design, enhancement and maintenance of our website. In addition he coordinates the logistical aspect of our vision trips.

Elders |
Common Ground Christian Church is an elder-led church. The Elders are a group of men that are accountable for the oversight and shepherding of the church. The Elders meet regularly to pray for and discuss the direction of the church and are passionate about caring for the community of believers. They provide encouragement, guidance, teaching and prayer support for the leadership and members. The Elders are visibly and intentionally present in the life of our church body.
