* – Director of Facilities and Grounds: Brian helps our church be a good steward of the facility resources entrusted to us. He oversees the CG building and grounds and ensures that these resources are well-maintained and ready to help carry out our mission. |

* – Director of Children's Ministry at Midtown: Carol’s primary focus is to assist in shaping and implementing the children’s ministry vision, recruiting and training teachers, and providing resources for parents and the house church network at Midtown. |
|
– Site Worship Pastor: Clint serves primarily at our Westside site and the Midtown evening service by leading congregational worship. He also helps to guide the worship ministry and shepherd the worship teams. |
|
– Westside Site Pastor: Darrel is responsible for the pastoral oversight and vision of our Westside house church network and worship gathering in collaboration with our HUB resources. He is one of the primary teachers for our Sunday gatherings and is assisted by the teaching team. |

* – Director of Missions: Erica provides leadership for the Vision Team, care for mission partners, oversight of Vision Trips, and oversight of the benevolence ministry of Common Ground. |

– Lead Pastor: Jeff is responsible for preaching/teaching in our corporate worship gatherings with the intended purpose of connecting people with Jesus Christ and motivating them in their personal walk with Him. Jeff also is the primary visionary for our church and works with the Executive Pastor to determine direction and next steps. |

– Midtown Site Pastor: Jeff is responsible for the pastoral oversight and vision of our Midtown house church network and worship gathering in collaboration with our HUB resources. He is one of the primary teachers for our Sunday gatherings and is assisted by the teaching team. |

– Pastor of Spiritual Formation: Jim's primary responsibility is to lead in the development, ongoing refinement and execution of our philosophy of spiritual formation. Jim oversees several different areas, including our House Church network, Family Ministry, Training and Equipping, and Connecting/Recovery ministries. |

* – Director of Kingdom Living Training School: Larry provides leadership and oversight for the Kingdom Living Training School, an immersion style opportunity for discipleship and living into the kingdom of God. His responsibilities include developing the curriculum and experiential learning aspects of the school, teaching, and arranging guest speakers for the school. |

– Director of Communication and Events: Marissa coordinates and oversees the church's communication, and provides planning and logistical support for most events that take place in the church building. Marissa also provides administrative support for the staff. |

* – Director of Children's Ministry at CGCC-West:: Martina’s primary focus is to assist in shaping and implementing the children’s ministry vision, recruiting and training teachers, and providing resources for parents and the house church network at CGCC-West. |

– Executive Pastor: As Executive pastor, Nate is responsible for the implementation of the vision of Common Ground. He is responsible for strategic leadership as well as cohesion, oversight, coaching and care for the staff team. |

* – House Church Director: RD assists in the development and implementation of spiritual formation resources and experiences for house churches, leaders, and shepherds. |
|
– Worship Director: Scott is responsible for equipping and resourcing the Site Worship Pastors and teams so they can effectively lead in their various contexts. As CG is a multi-site congregation with several worship gatherings, Scott provides pastoral and administrative leadership for all sites in all facets of the worship ministry (e.g. music, instrumentation, audio, visual, etc.). |

* – Bookkeeper: Stef processes the weekly offerings, oversees the payroll processes, and ensures that all invoices and bills are paid in a timely manner. Stef also participates in the annual budgeting process and administers the health insurance for the staff. |

* – Technology and Operations: Steve oversees office technology equipment and helps make timely changes/enhancements to our website. In addition he coordinates the logistical aspects of our vision trips.

Elders |
Common Ground Christian Church is an elder-led church. The Elders are a group of men that are accountable for the oversight and shepherding of the church. The Elders meet regularly to pray for and discuss the direction of the church and are passionate about caring for the community of believers. They provide encouragement, guidance, teaching and prayer support for the leadership and members. The Elders are visibly and intentionally present in the life of our church body.
