Closing Ceremonies will include the KidsGames World Championship Competitions and a concert at IUPUI Track and Field Stadium.

The deadline to register is Sunday, June 8. The cost is $30 per child, and scholarships are available. For full details, download a registration form for your child today. Feel free to also download one for your neighbor, cousin and co-worker - every child age 6-14 is welcome! Are you ready for a little more Kingdom Living?
I would like to buy $3 worth of God please.
Not enough to explode my soul, or disturb my sleep.
But just enough to equal a cup of warm milk or a snooze in the sunshine.
I don't want enough of God to make me love my enemies or even share my journey with someone who irritates me.
I want ecstasy, not transformation.
I want the warmth of the womb, not a new birth.
I want a pound of the eternal in a paper sack.
I would like to buy $3 worth of God please.
Adapted from Wilber Reese

Blessed are those whose strength is in you, who have set their hearts on pilgrimage. (Psalm 84:5)

We are in continual and constant invitation to follow Jesus in living out redemptive Kingdom lifestyle, one that is reflected by our passion for God (love God) and our compassion for others (love people...Matthew 22:37,38). We are also in constant and continual invitation to walk the other direction and focus more on being a consumer rather than a neighbor - to be one who is satisfied with a token amount of God.

If you are being stirred to seek out God's voice, to seek out the way of Jesus, to seek out how to more selflessly embrace a redemptive Kingdom lifestyle, prayerfully consider spending the next year in pilgrimage with the Kingdom Living Training School. The start date for this year is July 8. We will meet one evening a week throughout July and August and then move to Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 9 am to 12:30 pm beginning September 2. The Training School will include a variety of trips and experiences throughout the year, and we will conclude on April 30, 2009.

It is not too late to apply. Please visit our website for more information and an application.

Studies for women
Ready to go deeper with the women in your life? As introduced during the Women’s Retreat, Common Ground now has three studies available to the women in our house churches:

For Women Only: The Bible Study by Shaunti Feldhahn
This is a seven week study that grew out of Feldhahn’s popular book, For Women Only. Intended for both married and single women, this study will help women support their men (husbands, fathers, boyfriends and brothers) as they become all that God intends them to be. This study can be presented weekly, or as the focus of a retreat.

Breaking Free: Making Liberty in Christ a Reality in Life by Beth Moore
This is an 11 week study about the transforming power of Christian freedom and how to remove the obstacles that hinder our relationship with God. This study includes both weekly group discussions and personal assignments.

The Patriarchs by Beth Moore
This study is based primarily on chapters 12-15 of Genesis, and give you the opportunity to explore God’s pursuit of relationship. In addition, you'll investigate a number of concepts such as blessing, covenant and promise.

Each study includes DVD’s and a leader’s guide (facilitators may wish to purchase their own guide since you are asked not to write in the loaned copy). To reserve a study, or to join the waiting list for items already reserved, please contact Marissa.
