Let's get the Reid house ready for R.D!
Volunteers with a variety of skill levels are needed to help make the home of R.D. and Jill Reid accessible for R.D. Demolition is already well underway, and volunteers are needed for both day and evening shifts. The deadline to complete renovations is December 4, and many hands are needed to meet this ambitious goal.

If you are interested in serving, please email reidhousevolunteers@gmail.com. You will be added to the website where the project is being coordinated and given access to the work calendar. Volunteers can view the skills and number of volunteers needed each day and sign up to work. For those without construction skills, you may sign up to bring lunch or receive training on-site. Every volunteer can be used and we look forward to serving together!

Looking to get involved?
Paul reminds us in Ephesians 4:16 that church isn’t an organization; it is a living and breathing organism - “From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.” This text also provides for us an expectation that in order for the church to be healthy and grow, each part…each person, must do his/her work. Often times we assume that we aren't needed, or that someone else will meet the need. However, not only is this not true, it is unhealthy. In order to help us understand how you’d like to get involved, please complete this online form.

Quick Updates
Fall Back Next Weekend
Daylight Saving Time ends on Sunday, November 2. Be sure to turn your clocks back one hour before going to bed next Saturday night.

Parents of 2nd-4th Graders - Don't forget to sign your child in on Sunday
In June, our 2nd-4th grade children's ministry class joined the ranks of other classrooms requiring sign-in prior to service. Parents need to go to the 2nd-4th grade classroom before service to sign your child in and pick up a numbered clip. As usual, your child will participate with you in worship and be dismissed to class. After the service, please pick up your child and return the clip. All families are asked to follow this policy to help ensure the safety of our children. Questions? Contact Martina.
