We're grilling out!
Even if you don't have any kids in your house church, there’s still an opportunity for your house church to be involved with KidsGames! House churches can sponsor kids, donate breakfast or lunch items, or even provide materials for crafts. One new opportunity this year is to provide food for the neighborhood cookout that we’re hosting for our Closing Ceremonies on Friday, June 18. Everything from hotdogs to ketchup is needed and your house church is encouraged to answer the call!

Hearts continue to change
Heart Change Ministries, a relational discipleship ministry for moms and kids of the inner-city, has just finished up another semester of Mother's University at Common Ground. Mother's University, a 16-week intense curriculum consisting of Bible studies, parenting, finance and other life skills, recently celebrated six graduates. Each of these women showed huge commitment to learning and a hunger to grow and be changed by God. At the end of the semester each was able to gladly rejoice in the ways He has helped them "put off" the old self and "put on" their new identity in Christ. Another semester of MU will start in the fall and several women have already made commitments to enroll.

Now that the school year is over, Heart Change will move from having two locations to sharing the excitement of summer together at their east side location. Summer plans include a Bible study focused on the character of God (as learned through studying His relationship with David, Paul and the encounter with the woman at the well), art projects for moms and kids and field trips to the Indianapolis Zoo and the Riveria Club for swimming. Praise God for the lives and families He is changing and the fruit He is producing through Heart Change. May the Gospel of Jesus Christ be honored and glorified through these efforts.

If you would like more information on how to be involved with this kingdom work, contact Haley Novotny.

Life Together Conference
On Friday, June 11 and Saturday, June 12 Englewood Christian Church will host a “Life Together” conference to explore what it means to be communities of God’s people and discuss the role of the church as a connecting community. You can learn more about this conference, including cost, speakers and registration details by visiting the Englewood website.

Volunteer Opportunity
Ever wonder how the song slides move from verse to verse on the screen during worship? A team of Worship Team volunteers, known as Visual Techs, makes that happen each week. The great news is that there's an opportunity for you to join the team! We're looking for additional volunteers and no experience is necessary - just a willingness to serve one Sunday per month. If you are interested in joining this ministry, please send us an email for details.
