Learning to Lead - House Church Leadership

Leadership is an invigorating opportunity to influence others toward a common goal, to motivate and encourage them to action . . . it's a humbling call from God. Leadership is also challenging. The ongoing weight of responsibility, decision-making and creating safe contexts for others can be a burden to bear . . . sometimes leading to burnout.

Because of the high stakes of leadership, we started Learning to Lead (LTL) - a leadership resource that seeks to:

• Bring spiritual encouragement and further training to our existing house church leaders
• Provide an environment where potential new leaders can emerge

LTL functions like a leadership incubator - an environment for learning, discovery, Q&A and connection with other leaders. Attendance is open to anyone who is currently leading or curious about leadership. LTL meets on the last Wednesday night /Saturday morning (choose one) of every month except months that we offer Training & Equipping.
