Lee Mosley - Mission Aviation Fellowship (Nampa, Idaho)
Lee is currently fundraising with plan to join Mission Aviation Fellowship's Learning Technology department. There he will join a team working to provide pastors and church leaders in isolated areas with access to training for life and ministry. Around the world there are an estimated 3 million pastors and church leaders with little or no training, and little access to training as well. MAF hopes to strengthen the Church through their efforts to better equip these pastors and church leaders.
MAF helps people develop sound training materials and then work with relevant technologies to help increase the reach of those training materials. As part of the instructional support section of the team, Lee will help with course design, course delivery systems, audience analysis, technology analysis, learning module development, distance education and online teaching.
When fundraising is complete, Lee will join his team in Nampa, Idaho, home of MAF’s headquarters. After 2 years of training, they will assess if Lee should continue serving from the headquarters or move to a regional assignment somewhere in the world.
