Job Opportunities at CGNE
Common Ground Northeast has opportunities available for employment. The roles below are part-time positions that, depending on gifting, could be combined for full time positions. We want candidates who have strong character and competency and also fit in with our values, vision, and formation strategy (click below and read before applying). Describe your understanding and experience with reconciliation ministry in the areas of race, gender, and socio-economic division?
What is your understanding and experience with organic/house church movements?
The Youth Pastor serves the congregation by shaping a youth ministry that forms, guides, and engages the youth and their parents with God according to the values of CGNE.
The Worship Pastor serves the congregation by leading them towards God creatively using various worship arts/styles and by leading Sunday services according to the values of CGNE.
Adult Formation Pastor
The Adult Formation Pastor leads adult ministries (House Churches, Men’s and Women’s groups, disciple groups, etc) to grow in Christ-likeness according the values of CGNE.
The Communication Director serves by utilizing multimedia (advertising, graphic arts, website, social media, etc.) as a means to communicate important themes, events, and connection points at CGNE. They are able to take details and turn them into communicable media to keep the community informed according to the values of CGNE.
The Operations Director serves by managing the use of facilities, overseeing the care of the facilities, and overall maintenance of the property at Common Ground Northeast. This serves as a part of our value of hospitality to everyone who comes to our building.
This program serves to equip lay leaders, those interested in vocational ministry, and the next generation to lead in the Kingdom of God. Using the 3DM paradigm, we focus on character and competency to help you become more capable in a ministry context. Quarterly entry points available and (at least) a 6 month commitment is required.
