Led by Associate Pastor Hazel Owens and fellow women of CG Midtown, these gatherings are intended to provide women a space where they can gather, deepen relationships, and pursue spiritual formation together.
pastoral care for women at cg midtown
We feel it’s critical to provide pastoral care for women at CG Midtown without limiting those resources to male pastors. Pastoral care (and counsel) is broadly defined, but probably could be understood by the following categories:
Prayer Ministry
Having someone pray for you (like Jesus in Romans 8:34).
Spiritual Direction
Having someone listen to you and provide guidance through the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Biblical Guidance
Having someone disciple you by anchoring you in God’s word.
