Flood Response & Relief Efforts

Supporting Our Community

In August, the Ravenswood neighborhood in Indianapolis was significantly impacted by flooding from the White River. More than 900 homes suffered water damage, affecting thousands of residents. Phase 1 of the recovery effort (the removal of debris and muck from damaged homes) is nearing completion.

Ways to help:

Give to the CG Midtown Flood Fund
We have established a designated fund to assist Common Ground Midtown congregants affected by the flooding. If you would like to give toward this need, you can do so by clicking here.

Pray for Our Community
Lastly, please continue praying for all of our neighbors impacted by the storms and flooding. If it would be helpful as you pray, click here for the liturgical prayer we prayed together recently.

Thank you for helping us care for our neighbors and our city in a tangible way during this difficult time.

We will continue to update this page as we learn more about ongoing needs and opportunities to provide support.
